All I wanted to do was get DSL.How hard could this be?
Let me see.I started at 7am and finished at3pm.
What took so long you ask?I have no clue.SBC told me I must call Microsoft.And when I got to micrsoft they said I need a "special technician"who would call me between 3 &4 and cost me $35.
Well somewhere inbetween the problem somehow corrected itself and when I spoke to the technition,all was well.
He was a very nice guy and gave me some "how to keep your computer healthy" tips and refunded my $35.Which I was not expecting.Anyway that was my day.So just remember lots of deep breaths and meditate.
